Introduction
The Windows Home Edition cannot use the built-in remote desktop function. In order to use the built-in remote desktop function, you need to upgrade the Home Edition to the Professional Edition.
But before upgrading, we need to remove the product key of the home version first.
Solution
win+x to open the Windows terminal (administrator), enter: slmgr.vbs /upk and press Enter
It will prompt that the product key has been successfully uninstalled
